According to RDCC, “their inclusion further strengthens the RDCC's commitment to promoting diversity, equity and inclusion in the Romanian business community and generating positive changes towards a more diverse society.”

In April 2023, the Romanian Diversity Chamber of Commerce elected the Board members of the organization for the next 2 years. I am honored to join the RDCC leading team, as one of the newest Board members, and to represent the interests of this esteemed organization until 2025. I strongly believe that every person, business and community should aspire to building a better society. During the last 10 years of my 25 years career, I have experienced the collective energy of Skanska’s team and partners with whom we have been creating innovative and sustainable projects for Bucharest.  I know without a doubt that megatrends such as urbanization, digitalization and finding smart solutions to material needs signal the development of societies and their economic growth. But the most important markers of progress within a society remain equity and fair treatment for all citizens.

Starting today, I add to my professional daily mission, the goal to make the most of my expertise, my power of innovation and ability to create strong and valuable relationships, in order to promote and stand for the principles of equity, inclusion and the right to education and work, together with RDCC and its members”, says Aurelia Luca, Executive Vice President Operations Skanska Romania and Hungary.

For the next two years, Aurelia Luca will be one of the voices of the RDCC that will contribute to performing the objectives of diversity and inclusion so necessary for a fair society and economic environment.
