Partnership with the First Congregational United Church of Christ which was originally located on the site. Skanska built a new facility into the new building.
The building also contributes towards sustainable urban development, as it is the redevelopment of an existing site in a core location. It also promotes more sustainable modes of transport, with secure bicycle storage and a location within one block of all five Metro lines and several bus routes.
A green building tenant handbook has been compiled for the building and Skanska actively encourages tenants to carry out LEED Commercial Interior fit-outs.
