Congratulations to our Stockholm neighbors @Electrolux Group for their amazing headquarters extension being honored as Sweden’s BREEAM Building of the Year in the Sweden Green Building Awards.
On top of that, the first stage of the Greenhouse Sthlm project, including the office building and the connected residential development, has been named as the NollCO2 Building of the Year for 2025. NollCO2 is a Swedish certification showing that a building will have a net-zero climate impact over its entire life cycle.

We are happy to announce that we have divested the office complex Port7 in Prague, Czech Republic, to AFI through its subsidiaries. Located on the left bank of the Vltava River in Prague's Holešovice district, Port7 comprises two phases and three office buildings with approximately 36,000 square meters of leasable space. The divestment of adjacent plots for future development is also part of this transaction. The fully leased office and retail spaces have become home to companies from a wide range of industries.
