Pre-construction for 120,000-SF of expansion, 30,000-SF of build-out and 65,000-SF of renovations of Los Robles Medical Center. The expansion work includes a new 4th floor vertical expansion that will add 60 beds and horizontal expansion of the surgery department. The existing East Campus will be expanded and renovated to create a women’s hospital. Also included in the scope is seismic retrofitting and a 600-space parking garage.
