Milíčovský háj - South
Skanska Reality, a leader in the area of passive and low-energy apartment construction in the Czech Republic, had one of the first apartment houses approved in Prague which fulfils all the requirements for receiving subsidies from the "Zelena usporam" program. Specifically, this holds for house E in the Milicovsky haj - South project, 1st stage, in Prague 11 - Háje, with 14 apartments in sizes ranging between 1+kk and 4+kk.
Phase One of the Milíčovský Háj South project has 120 apartments in 5 buildings with 8 sections. The apartments start with studios and are as large as 4 bedrooms. 66 units are located in villa-type apartment buildings, designed using our own ECO-Comfort standards (highly energy efficient with ENB-B certification and the exterior walls of the building certified as "B" efficient). The other 54 units are located in apartment buildings that will be built to meet our Family standards. All units come with a basement storage closet and a balcony and selected units come with a terrace or front yard. There is the option to purchase indoor (garage) parking for each unit. All buildings are wheelchair accessible and every section of the development has an elevator. Resident parking is in the form of a common underground parking facility located directly below the buildings.
Phase Luční of the Milíčovský Háj project has 108 apartments in 5 three and five floors buildings. 90 apartments are located in apartment buildings that will be built to meet our Family standards, 18 in low-energy Comfort-ECO standards (highly energy efficient with ENB-B certification and the exterior walls of the building certified as "B" efficient). Dispositions of these apartments are from 1+kk with a floor space of 34 m2 with balcony 7 m2 to 4+kk with a floor space 113 m2 with balcony 19 m2. All units come with a basement storage closet and a balcony and selected units come with a terrace or front yard.
Milíčovská háj - East
There is a traffic circle that separates the eastern from the southern part of the site. The eastern part of the project will have 8 buildings further broken down into 10 sections. The buildings are laid out along cul-de-sac streets and the colors of the buildings have been specifically selected to provide the impression that this phase of the project is a separate development. The basic color scheme for this phase is made up of brown and light beige. Paired buildings will alternate their primary and secondary colors.
Phase 1 of the Milíčovský Háj - East residential project will have 131 apartments in 4 buildings that are further separated into 5 sections.
In the second phase of the Milíčovský háj - East project, 4 apartment blocks will be built, divided into 5 sections. Two sections will be four-storey, with a receding fifth floor, and two will be three-storeys high. The height of the structure will become gradually less in the direction of the Milíčovský les Natural Monument and fishponds. There will be a total of 128 apartments.
