The 26,000 square foot complex is one of only a few in the State of Florida that provides a dual function to accommodate both the police and fire departments who work closely together under the same roof to serve the citizens of their community. The complex houses the Daytona Beach Shores Chief of Police and Fire Marshall and their corresponding officers and administrative staff. This multi-faceted complex includes a secure retention/holding area for prisoners, a day room, bunker gear storage, and fire truck bays.
