Skanska Moss, a joint venture, provided construction management at risk services during the first three phases and the fourth phase under lump sum on the 397,249-SF Greenville-Spartanburg Airport International Terminal Improvement Program. This multi-phase program included major renovations to the existing terminal, expanding the overall footprint of the airport and upgrading the terminal to meet current Transportation Security Administration (TSA) standards for processing and security. Components of the program included: temporary facilities, multiple and phased tenant relocations, demolition, reconstruction, renovation, expansion, baggage handling system enhancements, passenger security enhancements, and energy efficiency upgrades. These improvements are highly sustainable and substantially improved overall passenger flow and service.
