Marcin Łapiński was appointed President of Skanska Property Romania and Richard Burleigh, President of Skanska Construction Romania. This way, Skanska strengthens its activities in Romania.
As President of Skanska Property Romania, Marcin Łapiński will manage Skanska’s commercial development activities in Romania. At the same time, Richard Burleigh, as President of Skanska Construction Romania, will manage all the construction operations of the group.
Marcin joined Skanska in 2006 and held several positions heading leasing and managing regional operations in Poland. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member and graduate from the Warsaw School of Economics.
Richard has worked for Skanska since 1998 and his recent roles have included Project Director and Branch Director of Skanska’s general construction division in Warsaw. Richard graduated as a civil engineer and is a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers in UK.

Andreas Lindelöf, the previous President of Skanska Romania, was appointed Development Director within Skanska UK, having the responsibility of land acquisition, development, marketing and sales.
