Green Court Bucharest, Building A

LS TRAVEL RETAIL Romania has leased over 73 sqm in the first building of Green Court Bucharest where they will implement the 1 Minute concept, in January 2015. It is the 15th store opening in the 1 Minute network and it will offer a wide selection of food and beverages (sandwiches prepared in the location, freshly baked pastry products, coffee, refreshments etc.) and convenience products (tobacco, press).

The other new tenant, CORPORATE MANAGEMENT EVENTS, a Romanian company operating restaurants in office buildings in Bucharest under the brand “Best Chef”, leased 600.60 sqm on the ground floor of the first building and it will service the entire office project. The caterer, which now has 4 other restaurants in office projects in the capital city, will offer a daily variety of hot meals for the Green Court Bucharest tenants. Best Chef will be inaugurated in February 2015.

“We have a great end of the year, announcing two more tenants just after the inauguration of the first building of Green Court Bucharest. I would like to thank them for choosing our project and of course, for the important added value they bring through their range of services. At Skanska everything is about people and Green Court Bucharest has been constructing having in mind the most important asset of every company: its employees. I am glad that we have created an environment where people can thrive, be healthier and happier”, says Marcin Łapiński, President Skanska Property Romania.
