We started our operations in Bucharest in 2011. From the beginning, we have been committed to developing highly efficient and sustainable buildings in Romania.
The Campus 6 and Equilibrium office complexes are our newest investments and will be delivered in 2024 and 2023, respectively.
Our added value
We manage the entire process - from designing the initial concept to construction, leasing, and finally selling the projects to the investors. We develop timeless office buildings, having always in our focus the innovative sustainable solutions that meet our customers' needs.
The design and construction of our buildings always utilize the latest and global expertise of the Skanska Group. As part of living our values, we promote green solutions and we run our property development in a sustainable way. For instance, we do this through energy conservation and reduction in carbon emissions, sound water management, and waste minimization.
For each building, we strive to meet the most stringent environmental criteria for receiving the LEED certificate and recently also WELL certificate.
