Orange Romania leases 13,700 sqm in Green Court Bucharest - building occupancy reaching 90%.

Skanska, one of the world’s leading project development and construction groups, welcomes Orange Romania in its first project in Bucharest. The largest telecom operator in the country leased eight floors in building A, occupying an area of 13.700 sqm.

Orange Romania will accommodate in the new location over 1500 employees. The relocation will start this autumn, building A occupancy rate reaching 90%. The transaction was mediated by BNP Paribas.

 

While building A is now nearly fully leased, works at building B are progressing at full speed with delivery date of Q2 2015.

Green Court Bucharest is an A class office complex offering a total of 52,000 sqm of office space in 3 buildings with 12 floors above-ground, 3 underground parking levels and offers facilities such as: parking and facilities for cyclists (lockers and showers), interior courtyard with Wi-Fi.
