Multifunctional Residential Complex Jégeho Alej is located in the eastern zone of the wider center of Bratislava, with transport links to the communication network of the city. Proposal for construction of third phase of the complex is consistent with the surrounding buildings of the residential area and builds on existing objects of first and second phase of the project.
Complex consists of 88 apartments and suites located in 8-floor high building and of 125 apartments and suites located in the west side in the tower with 14-floors, completed with 4-bedroom apartments with panoramic views of Bratislava. Project provides 1 to 4-room apartments with an area of 37-96 sqm each with private terrace or balcony.
Parking is conveniently located in the basement and first floor. Due to the location of the object apartments will provide extremely quiet and comfortable living. The main driveway and pedestrian access will be provided from the eastern side of the street Jegeho.
